Biography

I've been painting non-stop for 9 years following a 42-week Fundamentals of Art online course with renown Australian Artist, Cindy Wider. Acrylic and willow charcoal are my favorite mediums but I also dabble in colored-pencel, pastel and oil pastel.

Although landscape is the theme of many of my paintings, I like to experiment with buildings and flowers as well. I'm an eternal optimist who loves vivid colors. If nothing else, I want the viewer to enjoy looking at my work, to see the beauty in unexpected places or in the ordinary. There's no profound message just an appreciation of the magnificence of the created world and a desire to honor the creator.
